And believe me, it pains me to do this. Growing up in the South, you’re pretty much weaned off the bottle straight onto Chick-Fil-A. The vast majority of West Coasters have never tried it so [...] I used to clean every flat surface in my apartment with 409. Hey, it puts grease on the run. How could I resist? But after using it on a beloved antique wooden tabletop for a year, it began to eat away at the varnish. I started thinking, Hey, maybe this 409 stuff is kind of [...] I’ve made a little promise to myself for all Green Scheme posts: I won’t blog about a Green Scheme until I’ve given it a few months. After all, LOTS of earth-friendly products and options seem awesome at first. It’s the long run that’s a little more questionable. As to honesty, well that’s just expected, right?
